The Client Success Manager (WasteX) owns end-to-end customer experience and value delivery for the WasteX program. Responsibilities include onboarding customers, building executive- and frontline-level relationships, driving ROI and retention, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve products and processes.

Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure cloud platforms; support CI, automation, monitoring, and migrations of legacy systems to AWS; resolve performance, vulnerability, and scalability issues; create operational documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.

Lead creative strategy and visual direction across media, present work to clients, mentor junior staff, collaborate with marketing disciplines, manage resources, and raise agency aesthetic standards.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business in an assigned territory through outbound prospecting, executive-level consultative selling, and territory planning. Manage multiple opportunities, build C-level relationships, craft business use cases and proposals, and coordinate with management, operations, and customer success to meet sales goals and quotas.

Lead UX design and research for complex systems: conduct user research and usability testing; create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides; mentor junior staff; communicate findings to stakeholders; support proposals and cross-functional teams.

Own end-to-end sourcing for Sales/GTM hires at a high-growth B2B SaaS company: build passive pipelines, discover new talent pools, qualify requirements with hiring managers, conduct high-volume outreach and screening, and deliver high-quality, data-informed candidate slates.
