You’ll be the strategic and operational leader of procurement, responsible for:
Building & Scaling Procurement Strategy-
Develop and execute a procurement business plan aligned with organizational goals

Establish long-term strategies that improve efficiency, standardization, and cost control

Design and implement a centralized procurement program across the organization

Lead all vendor relationships — from selection to performance management

Own contract negotiation, ensuring favorable pricing, terms, and SLAs

Partner with legal to oversee contract development, tracking, and compliance
-
Drive accountability for vendor performance and value realization
Financial & Data-Driven Decision Making

Analyze organizational spend vs. contracted rates to identify cost savings and opportunities
-
Provide executive-level insights on vendor performance, spend trends, and contract status
-
Translate complex procurement and financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
Operational Excellence

Ensure field teams have access to the supplies and services they need — when they need them

Oversee procurement systems (including Coupa) and ensure adoption and optimization
-
Partner with Accounts Payable to streamline purchasing and payment workflows
-
Manage bids, proposals, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation
Process Improvement & Enablement

Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and training programs
-
Serve as the go-to expert for procurement guidance across departments

Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, compliance, and value
What You Bring

5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
-
Proven success building or scaling vendor programs and procurement processes
-
Strong expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
-
Experience analyzing spend data and identifying cost optimization opportunities
-
Ability to present insights and recommendations to executive leadership
-
A results-driven, metrics-focused mindset with strong analytical skills
-
Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
-
Ability to meet minimal travel obligations up to 10%
