Serve as the specialist for benefits administration technology (primarily Employee Navigator). Own client onboarding, group renewals, integrations (EDI/XML/API), system audits, and user training. Manage revenue cycle transactions, assist accounts payable and bank reconciliations, create invoices using ETL spreadsheet processes, audit billing accuracy in portfolio accounting systems, handle advisor cases via Salesforce, and support month-end close and accounting projects alongside finance leadership.
