Lead a team of 8–10 Enterprise Customer Success Managers to drive retention, expansion, product adoption, and measurable ROI. Lead product vision, roadmap, and execution for FMG's compliance platform. Own discovery, partner integrations (API/SDK/widget), enterprise onboarding, and delivery. Translate regulatory frameworks into product decisions, validate market demand, and drive commercial outcomes.

Support detection engineering by creating and tuning SIEM rules, reviewing logs, maintaining documentation, collaborating with SOC analysts, updating use cases, producing detection metrics, and contributing to detection-as-code projects.

Lead catastrophe risk analytics across lines, validate and customize Cat models, collaborate with underwriting/actuarial/finance to inform pricing and portfolio strategy, build Cat modeling workflows, mentor analytics staff, support live catastrophe events, and drive R&D on emerging risks and vendor/model calibration.

Support and maintain sales technologies, manage user access and integrations with Salesforce, improve workflows and adoption, maintain data quality, create documentation, recommend automation and AI solutions, and partner with Sales Operations, Enablement, and vendors to optimize sales processes.

Promote a product to specialty healthcare providers by phone, achieve sales forecasts, drive product adoption, and provide accurate product information while navigating CRM. Must listen actively, convey complex information clearly, accept coaching, multitask, and maintain reliability and flexibility.

Provide multi-jurisdictional litigation docketing support: review filings, identify and enter deadlines into the docketing database, research court rules, communicate with case teams, monitor filings and inboxes, distribute documents, and maintain docketing protocols to ensure timely, accurate case management.

Own month-end close activities, prepare lender/bank/regulatory reporting, reconcile general ledger and sub-ledgers, support audits and tax exams, deliver financial analyses, strengthen internal controls, and improve accounting processes and automation.
