Generate and handle inbound/outbound customer calls to create sales leads and appointments, deliver exceptional service, communicate clearly with customers, and support dealership sales goals. Requires prior call-center and sales experience, high energy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Teach customers to use vehicle technology (Ford SYNC, Apple CarPlay, Travel Link), pair mobile devices, troubleshoot remotely and in-person, schedule trainings, support sales and service teams, demonstrate and drive vehicles, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Sell fuel, lubricants, propane, and fleet card solutions by identifying new opportunities, maintaining client relationships, presenting products, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales opportunities for media, sponsorship, partnerships, and events. Research targets, engage decision-makers via email/phone/LinkedIn, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain pipeline in Salesforce. Collaborate with Business Development Directors and internal teams globally to support account-based strategies, reporting, and revenue growth. Represent the organization at industry events and support go-to-market initiatives.
