Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for Technical Support and support Go-To-Market and Corporate hiring. Design and run batch hiring events/Super Days, build diverse pipelines, partner on workforce planning, manage candidate experience, track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS hygiene and compliance, and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and TA leadership.

Lead cross-functional operational initiatives from discovery to launch: analyze data, design solutions, build SOPs and dashboards, coordinate teams, and ensure sustainable processes that scale across clinical and engineering stakeholders.

Provide HR administrative support including maintaining employee records, onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll backup, PTO/FMLA and workers' comp tracking, recruiting support, and routine HR correspondence while preserving confidentiality.

Count, verify, and reconcile weekend offerings; maintain accurate contributions data; respond to donor inquiries; prepare quarterly giving statements; and help oversee offering collection across multiple campuses.

Develop, test, and maintain software across the full development lifecycle. Assist in requirements analysis, design, implementation, unit/system testing, code reviews, and product documentation. Collaborate with team leads, clients, and peers, contribute to sprint research projects, and maintain professional technical knowledge.

Produce static and interactive visualizations, cartographic products, and multimedia (video/audio/web) to support DIA intelligence. Collaborate with analysts on storyboards, develop web-based interactive graphics, ensure design standards and templates, and deliver materials meeting DIA style and quality metrics.

Manage the dealership's finance and insurance operations: arrange and desk financing, present F&I products, structure deals for profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare contracts, audit team deals, and guarantee timely funding.

Lead corporate finance activities including M&A, debt issuance, investment portfolio and balance sheet strategy. Develop analytical reporting, support ALCO and Board decision-making, partner with cross-functional teams, manage external counterparties, and drive continuous improvement of financial models and processes to support growth.

Support firmwide marketing activities including RFPs/RFQs, presentations, brochures, social media, press, awards, photography coordination, website updates, content creation, and CRM/Deltek data entry. Serve as primary marketing contact for select offices and assist with award submissions, event coordination, and marketing collateral management.

Hybrid receptionist and accounting assistant role supporting front-desk operations and bookkeeping: greeting visitors, handling calls, maintaining meeting spaces, data entry, preparing invoices, reconciling bills, processing receipts, and assisting with collections and other accounting tasks as assigned.
