Provide customer and contractor support by quoting products, processing and coding orders in the POS, scheduling deliveries/installs, handling returns/credits, and merchandising. Lead enterprise-wide marketing and brand strategy for hospital, clinics, and programs. Develop strategic marketing plans, manage digital assets, conduct market research, oversee budgets and vendor relationships, drive community engagement, and supervise marketing and outreach staff to support growth and organizational goals.

Design intuitive, responsive user interfaces and seamless experiences. Conduct user research, create personas, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive animations.
