Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Key Accounts across LATAM and NORAM, driving TTV, conversion, retention, and revenue growth. The BDC Sales Representative handles incoming telephone and online inquiries, identifies customer needs, generates and tracks sales leads, schedules showroom appointments, conducts sales prospecting calls, records customer interactions in the CRM, and supports new and used vehicle sales while maintaining product knowledge and customer service standards.

Manage Eloqua and Salesforce.com integration, including lead scoring, email and landing page development, database management, reporting, analytics, testing, and optimization. Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns across lead generation, nurturing, events, client communications, and account-based marketing. Analyze and segment data, improve workflows and automation processes, and support sales and marketing alignment through collaboration, communication, and coaching.

Support the Customer Success Manager by coordinating daily operations, managing customer communications, tracking service performance against SLAs, preparing reports and documentation, assisting project schedules and stakeholder communications, ensuring compliance with governance and ITIL standards, and liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Guide customers through the automotive purchasing process, from initial contact and vehicle recommendations to test drives, negotiations, documentation, delivery, and post-sale follow-up. Meet monthly sales targets, explain vehicle features, stay informed about promotions, and maintain high customer satisfaction while following company policies and safety standards.
