Lead and scale a multidisciplinary Platform Engineering organization owning cloud infrastructure, developer experience, SRE, and DevSecOps. Define technical strategy, run CI/CD and monorepo systems, drive AI-assisted and agentic development adoption, ensure reliability and cost-efficiency, and recruit and develop engineering leaders while partnering with product, security, and stakeholders.

Provide high-touch executive support to the Chief Product Officer, managing calendar, travel, expenses, and confidential communications. Collaborate with customers, integrators, and internal teams, maintain deep knowledge of Windows Servers, networking, databases, web technologies, and mobile/desktop platforms, document best practices, and proactively reduce problem occurrence to ensure customer success.

Serve as a trusted HR partner supporting full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, leave administration, HRIS records, performance management, employee relations, benefits support, compliance, reporting, training, and engagement initiatives across the company.

Qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and chat; run high-volume outreach and ABX campaigns; collaborate with Account Executives to generate pipeline; receive training and convert qualified conversations to sales opportunities.

The role requires proactive ownership, strong communication, comfort with shifting priorities, and five days per week onsite in Denver.

Provide functional and technical support for Akeneo’s SaaS product through Jira Service Desk. Investigate issues using Datadog logs and Postman API calls, coordinate bug qualification and patch releases, resolve customer requests end to end, improve documentation, support on-call duties, test product updates, and communicate customer feedback across global product teams.
