The Sales Engineer I is responsible for providing technical product support, assisting sales and customer service, and training staff on product functionalities. They interpret customer requirements and collaborate with engineering and sales teams to meet system needs and product capabilities.

Partner with Account Executives to handle the technical side of sales: deliver personalized demos, answer technical questions, manage PoCs, build relationships with product and engineering teams, and optionally create documentation or integration prototypes.

The position focuses on acquiring new clients and developing existing accounts in cybersecurity sales, while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive sales growth.
