Lead and mentor a 10–15 person engineering team to develop, qualify, and certify aerospace antenna systems. Provide technical oversight of antenna design, manufacturability, and performance; ensure compliance with FAA/DO-160/RTCA/MIL-STD; drive engineering process improvements; manage resources, budgets, and timelines; collaborate with program management, business development, operations, and customers; support proposals and technical presentations.

Perform HMMS data entry and retrieval for Safety Data Sheets (SDS), process SDS requests, communicate with customers, verify and reconcile data, audit chemical and company information, assist system admin/DBA, maintain DLA FLIS access, follow OSHA Hazard Communication and SOPs, and participate in demonstrations and meetings.

Provide high-trust executive support to the founder by managing financial admin (invoicing, payroll, contracts), calendar and inbox triage, hiring coordination and onboarding, travel and personal logistics, and recurring operational tasks to ensure reliability and consistency.

Design and refine CNO tooling and capabilities to accelerate cyber capability development. Perform reverse engineering, exploit development, protocol analysis, code reviews, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with operators and stakeholders to meet mission requirements.

Identify and prospect new auto repair shop clients via outbound outreach, build relationships with decision-makers, manage personal pipeline through to booked demos, and help refine sales processes and best practices.
