Leads property and casualty claims operations, including investigating, evaluating, negotiating, reserving, and settling complex claims. Supervises claims personnel, ensures proper adjusting methods and compliance, manages litigation-related claims with counsel, reviews bills, maintains claim files, prepares reports, and advises management. Requires substantial brokerage claims experience, P&C expertise, a valid P&C broker-agent license, and a Juris Doctor degree.
