Manage and grow enterprise customer accounts (150-999 vehicles) through strategic account plans, upsells, renewals, product demos, adoption initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. Design, implement, and monitor risk controls, onboarding, transaction monitoring, and bank-partner due diligence. Build and scale a compliance team, deliver training, manage audits and third-party assessments, and advise stakeholders on regulatory changes.
