Lead projects reviewing complex insurance products, underwriting and vendor practices to improve profitability and quality. Create technical demos, reference architectures, and workshops that make a complex AI-agent security platform understandable. Draft, review, and negotiate research-related agreements (grants, clinical trials, subawards, data use, MTAs, NDAs). Ensure compliance with institutional policies and federal/state regulations, identify and mitigate legal, financial, compliance, and IP risks, collaborate with faculty and administrators, and maintain systems of record and service-level expectations.
