QualificationsRequirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups). SQL is a plus.
- Some exposure to Salesforce. Familiarity with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Working English. Mandarin is a plus.
- Available full-time for 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain marketing data in Salesforce: deduplicate leads and accounts, fix field inconsistencies, apply naming conventions, correct lead source and campaign attribution.
- Maintain internal marketing lists: target accounts, event attendees, campaign contacts.
- Review weekly and monthly marketing numbers (MQLs, SQLs, opportunity influence, campaign ROI) and flag errors before reporting.
- Build and update Looker Studio dashboards for pipeline, channel performance, events, and campaigns.
- Support campaign launches: UTM tagging, form mapping, list uploads, post-campaign data reconciliation.
- Document data hygiene processes.
Skills Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups
- Some exposure to Salesforce
- Working English proficiency
- Availability to work full-time for 6 months
- SQL experience
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
- Mandarin language skills
