Customer-facing technical architect responsible for end-to-end success of enterprise Aviatrix deployments: design multi-cloud network and security architectures, implement Aviatrix DCF policies, integrate with NGFWs, lead operational reviews and incident response, drive adoption and optimization, and produce runbooks and compliance-aligned network configurations.

Own major backend feature verticals (voice/chat, billing/payments, communications, service-provider workflows, auth/permissions).
