Lead the pre-opening commercial strategy for a luxury Hilton hotel, including rooms, group sales, meetings, catering, and three restaurant concepts. Build and manage the sales and marketing team, develop key accounts and market positioning, drive bookings before opening, and oversee marketing, PR, digital, and social campaigns.
