The Business Development Representative will seek new business opportunities, contact potential clients, set up meetings, and report on sales results.

Produce, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form social content for a high-profile founder. Optimize clips for engagement and platform algorithms, add captions and motion graphics, iterate using performance data, collaborate with the storytelling team, and travel globally to capture content.

Lead marketing automation, customer onboarding, and operational workflows using AI and no-code tools. Build automated reporting dashboards, design campaign and social pipelines, generate AI-driven content, coordinate data pipelines with engineering, and evaluate AI tooling to scale growth and reduce manual work.

Manage billing and collections for US and ANZ B2B SaaS customers: issue multi-currency invoices, apply and reconcile payments, run dunning, resolve disputes, maintain AR sub-ledger, support month-end close, report DSO/aging, and drive billing automation improvements.

Outbound-focused pre-sales role responsible for lead generation, qualifying prospects, booking meetings for Field Sales Reps, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with marketing and channel teams. Requires strong messaging, research, and communication skills to engage senior decision-makers.

Drive territory growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, managing accounts and lease agreements, and collaborating with internal teams. Use CRM and forecasting to measure performance, deliver presentations, and maintain client relationships. Stay informed on industry trends and continuously improve sales processes to meet revenue and profitability goals. Frequent travel to customer sites and occasional travel for meetings/conferences required.

Support day-to-day commercial drone operations including launch/recovery, readiness inspections, battery and logistics management, site safety, operational records, and occasional airspace monitoring or visual observation.

Responsible for modeling and designing electrical equipment, conduits, and support systems using Autodesk Revit; ensure National Electric Code and local code compliance; manage small projects or scopes, support prefabrication/installation drawing production, attend client and design meetings, and drive engineering reporting to maximize project profitability.
