Administer and support the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across development, test, UAT, and production environments. Manage security, users, roles, releases, batch jobs, integrations, platform health, lifecycle activities, and technical documentation. Owns positioning, customer insights, integrated campaigns, creative vision, media, communications, partnerships, retail and omnichannel activation, new-market launches, and brand measurement. Partners with executive and cross-functional teams to connect brand investment to customer acquisition, store traffic, sales, and market expansion while protecting brand consistency and identity. Manages teams, agencies, budgets, processes, and strategic priorities.

Purchases materials, supplies, and services; processes requisitions and purchase orders; issues RFQs; evaluates and negotiates supplier proposals; establishes compliant contracts; monitors delivery, pricing, quality, and records; and coordinates commodity distribution. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, supplier relationship development, ERP/MRP knowledge, analytical judgment, and familiarity with SAP and Department of Defense procurement.

Manages administrative operations across two sports complexes, including employee onboarding, workplace health and safety, accounting, payroll, invoicing, banking, accounts receivable and payable reporting, sales contracts, booking updates, and manager-on-duty shifts. Serves as a key employee contact and supports collections, payment processing, month-end activities, and compliance with safety requirements.

The role requires strong knowledge of shipping procedures, time-sensitive issue management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Services and develops assigned customer accounts to achieve sales and distribution targets. Responsibilities include selling products according to company and TABC guidelines, scheduling customer routes, identifying customer needs, merchandising products, managing displays and POS materials, entering orders into handheld software, monitoring product freshness, auditing brand presentation, and completing required training and reports. The role requires driving several hours per shift and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
