Manage purchase orders and vendor relationships: generate and process POs, approve and reconcile invoices, maintain order/receipt records, negotiate contracts and pricing, evaluate vendor performance, coordinate inventory and field material needs, ensure quality and manage excess materials. Occasional travel to vendor sites.

Lead DoD/Air Force business development strategy and execution, cultivate customer and industry partnerships, capture new opportunities, manage forecasts and go-to-market plans, advise executive leadership on growth and acquisition alignment, and travel to customer sites up to ~25-50%.

Investigate identity and application fraud across U.S. personal loans and credit cards, detect synthetic identities and fraud rings, manage end-to-end cases (KYC, SAR prep), screen sanctions/PEP alerts, handle CFPB/CRA fraud disputes, and communicate with U.S. customers.

Manage end-to-end recruiting for Brakes Plus: build pipelines (focus on Service Advisor and Certified Technician), source and engage candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, run hiring events, liaise with managers and HR, and support regional recruitment efforts (up to 30% travel).

Lead and grow the Competitive Pulverizer aftermarket business across the U.S. by developing strategic sales plans, identifying new customers, conducting on-site evaluations of competitor pulverizer systems, producing engineered proposals (sizing, layouts, PFDs), supporting reverse engineering, providing technical consultation and troubleshooting, coordinating with product development and suppliers, delivering training, and traveling approximately 20% for site visits.
