Lead end-to-end design and development of licensed doll lines: generate concepts, prototypes, and user testing; produce detailed specifications; collaborate with brand, engineering, licensors, and factories to meet cost, quality, and timeline targets; ensure packaging alignment and approve samples and illustrative turns.

Own a portfolio of strategic e-commerce merchants to drive retention, renewals, adoption, and expansion. Manage full customer lifecycle, monitor account health and commercial performance, support contract migrations, engage executive sponsors, and deliver virtual and in-person customer engagement to maximize long-term merchant value.

Lead full-stack growth engineering efforts to optimize top-of-funnel and intake workflows. Outside sales Account Executive building relationships with gun ranges, retailers, and instructors to present and sell USCCA memberships. Requires territory prospecting, in-person presentations after classes, consultative closing, pipeline management, and delivering excellent member experiences. Evenings, weekends, and heavy in-territory travel required.

Lead second-line oversight of enterprise issue and incident management: assess classifications, root causes, and remediation; drive investigations, lessons learned, metrics, and governance reporting; partner with business and regional risk teams to identify systemic risks and improve controls using analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate qualified enterprise pipeline using multi-channel outreach and AI-enabled tools. Research accounts, personalize messaging, qualify leads, maintain Salesforce data, partner with AEs, and surface market feedback to Product and Marketing while learning LandingAI's ADE platform.
