Lead regional project controls functions, manage and develop a team of analysts, ensure contract and accounting compliance, produce executive financial reporting and KPIs, support audit and third-party requests, collaborate with operations and finance on budgeting/forecasting, and drive resolution of compliance and performance issues across construction projects.

Design, develop, implement, and support Ignition HMI/SCADA and industrial automation solutions. Integrate SCADA with PLCs, historians, databases, and enterprise systems. Troubleshoot PLC/SCADA/network issues, support upgrades and lifecycle activities, participate in projects from requirements through commissioning, produce technical documentation, and provide customer-facing training and support, including validation/compliance in regulated environments when required.

Lead and mentor regional operations managers and inspectors to meet inspection SLAs and quality standards. Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and field audits; collaborate with sales, product, and quality teams. Use data to identify trends, improve capacity and consistency, handle customer feedback, and serve as a point of contact and reserve inspector to support regional needs.
