Provide construction cost estimating and schedule analysis for government projects (NASA/DoD). Prepare estimates per R.S. Means and KSC-SPEC-G-0002, produce change order fact sheets, perform quantity takeoffs, cost data visualization, schedule integration and reviews, participate in Cost Schedule Risk Analysis, and report SPI/CPI and schedule impacts throughout project phases.

Manage inside sales and account relationships for fueling infrastructure customers. Perform high-volume cold calling, develop quotes/proposals, upsell products, coordinate with suppliers and field crews, assist with project planning and permitting, resolve customer issues, and track results. Ensure collections and reporting while maintaining product knowledge and building channel partnerships.

Lead development projects from acquisition through construction, managing entitlements, site selection, permitting, design, budgeting, pro forma modeling, and stakeholder coordination. Oversee multiple projects, prepare status and cost reports, negotiate with authorities, mitigate transaction and entitlement risks, and ensure timely completion against objectives and profit goals.
