Own end-to-end customer programs from NPI through production and delivery. Direct shoots, develop concepts and scripts, manage post-production standards, mentor producers and contractors, coordinate logistics, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, and maintain client-facing communication while traveling frequently for location shoots.

Manage benefits and leave administration including enrollments, COBRA, FMLA/STD/LTD, and 401(k) support. Serve as primary contact for benefits vendors and employees, ensure HRIS data integrity, perform audits and compliance reporting (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA), support open enrollment and wellness programs, and produce leave and benefits analytics to inform Total Rewards decisions.

Support PHAB accreditation efforts by reviewing NYS Department of Health required documentation, identifying materials Local Health Departments can use, and assisting project coordination and deliverables during a ~10-week Pathways to Public Health internship.

Develop and coordinate mechanical BIM models (ductwork, hydronic piping, equipment) in Revit. Size duct and piping, produce drawings and schedules from models, run clash detection, resolve coordination issues with other disciplines, maintain BIM standards, support field teams during construction, and perform QA reviews to ensure constructible mechanical systems.
