Coordinates customer quoting, follow-ups, reporting, project cost tracking, vendor sourcing, logistics, expense processing, scheduling, CRM maintenance, and operational process improvements. The role independently prioritizes initiatives, provides recommendations, and collaborates with investment teams and portfolio company leadership to accelerate growth and create value.

Lead FP&A activities including month/quarter/year-end reporting, MBR/QBR/AOP preparation, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow and working capital planning, and financial evaluation of strategic investments (ROI, NPV, IRR). Partner with Strategy and present executive-level insights to support decision-making.

Develop and maintain automated infrastructure and software solutions across Linux systems, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, and physical data-center hardware. Build Python or PowerShell scripts, Ansible playbooks, and infrastructure automation workflows. Troubleshoot issues spanning applications, operating systems, containers, networking, and hardware while improving reliability, scalability, performance, and security. Partner with product to define success metrics, build and maintain dashboards, analyze product usage and revenue, improve AI self-service in Omni/Amplitude, deliver ad hoc analyses, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Manages post-sale customer accounts, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and value realization. Develops success plans, monitors customer health metrics, conducts business reviews, resolves challenges cross-functionally, and advocates for customer needs. Uses CRM and customer success platforms to analyze usage data, identify risks and growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Support supply chain operations by analyzing supplier performance, inventory, lead times, and costs; generate reports and dashboards; track purchase orders and supplier onboarding; maintain records in NetSuite and E2; coordinate cross-functional communication; support compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise daily car wash operations, lead and train attendants, ensure customer service and safety standards, inspect vehicles for quality, manage cleaning supplies and equipment, maintain a clean facility, and prepare operational reports. The role requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, along with strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer skills.
