Manage day-to-day health, security, and performance of cloud infrastructure and end-user environments: administer Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID, enforce identity and endpoint security, support Citrix VDI, manage Intune/Autopilot provisioning, oversee backups and disaster recovery, escalate and coordinate outsourced help desk SLAs, document runbooks, support incident response, and perform site buildouts (10–20% travel).

Supports SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, and automation tools while contributing to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead and build Valency's post-signup lifecycle for free academic users and enterprise accounts: define activation, run experiments, create onboarding and conversion motions, establish health scoring and CS playbooks, own metrics (activation, conversion, NRR), and hire and grow the activation and customer success teams.

Supports the organization’s responsible adoption of AI by administering approved platforms, developing prompts and automations, integrating AI with business systems, testing outputs, and providing technical support and training. The role also assists with AI governance, security, privacy, documentation, vendor coordination, risk assessments, user adoption, and process-improvement initiatives involving Microsoft 365, automation, data, and business applications.
