Manage on-site IT operations for Highland Park and Brownstown plants, supervising Level 1/2 technicians and a Network Engineer. Ensure production-critical system availability (virtualization, Windows Server, AD, SQL, MES), lead incident escalation, change management, patching, backups, and compliance with ITGC/SOX/TISAX. Interpret safety manuals, define HW-SW interfaces, fault propagation and safe-state strategies, produce Software FMEA/FTA and Software Safety Requirements, defend architectures during audits, mentor engineers on ASIL-compliant coding, and align diagnostics with system engineering to achieve certification.

Develop and maintain in-circuit and flying-probe test programs, support board/device programmers, troubleshoot test equipment, perform failure analysis, review PCB testability, generate test reports, and support manufacturing with testing strategies and training.

Process and maintain accurate payroll for German locations within a Shared Service Center: manage SAP HCM master data, handle payroll tax and social security issues, coordinate with external advisors and local HR/finance, prepare statutory reporting and HR reports, support audits, and drive payroll process improvements and projects.

Lead process planning and cost-focused manufacturing strategies for powertrain products. Develop production concepts, tooling, equipment, layouts, process flows, FMEAs, and control plans. Support quoting, design-to-cost, supplier selection, equipment procurement, and program launch while coordinating with sales, product engineering, quality, purchasing, and production sites.
