Own end-to-end client relationships for a book of B2B SaaS customers: drive adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion of AI-powered contract drafting tools. Serve as the primary technical and operational customer contact for SewerAI's PIONEER and AutoCode platforms. Triage and resolve lower-level technical issues, document interactions in Pylon, provide workflow and onboarding guidance, support ProServe projects, represent the company at trade shows, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
