The Prior Authorization Specialist will manage prior authorization workflows, ensuring timely approvals for procedures and medications in pain management and orthopedics, while navigating payer portals and maintaining documentation standards.

Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP and integrations, implement customizations (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk), support end users, develop reports, lead ERP upgrades and integrations (Celigo/Boomi), maintain data integrity, documentation, and high availability, and assist cross-functional IT projects and disaster recovery.

Lead and define strategic direction for Technical Support, driving AI transformation, operational efficiency, SLA and CSAT targets. Manage end-to-end chargeback and payment operations across multiple processors, track KPIs and trends, perform representments, investigate complex payment issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to reduce risk and improve payment performance and seller experience.

The Revenue Operations Manager will build systems and processes for go-to-market teams, maintaining pipeline visibility and ensuring accurate revenue forecasts. They will manage Salesforce and revenue tech stack, develop reporting infrastructure, and drive operational efficiency while supporting global initiatives.

Install, configure, and support Epic client applications (Hyperspace, Interconnect, print services) across desktops, mobile, and virtual platforms. Monitor performance and security, troubleshoot issues, support Citrix/VMware environments, manage upgrades/patches, document configurations, participate in disaster recovery testing, and provide on-call production support while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
