Lead a small team, build operational processes and reporting, optimize spend, manage enterprise contracts, and partner with IT, Finance, Sales, and R&D leadership. The role also oversees multi-region hardware operations and supports the development of a scalable Business Operations function.

Handle calls and emails from agency offices, accounts, and policyholders. Explain billing statements, assist users with the online billing system, research account issues, resolve complex billing questions, and support business owners and bookkeepers with invoices.
