Collect and analyze competitive intelligence and conduct due diligence and investigations on investment candidates and related entities. Perform product and player-behavior analysis for Marvel Strike Force using SQL/Python and reporting tools. Build recurring KPI reports, design/validate analytics tracking and experiments, partner with cross-functional teams, and use AI-enabled tools to accelerate workflows while ensuring data quality, privacy, and clear executive-ready insights.

Provide geospatial and market intelligence to support leasing, marketing, investments, and development. Maintain geospatial datasets and trade areas, perform location-based analyses integrating internal and third-party data, build maps/dashboards/reports, and apply AI-enabled tools and automation to improve research, reporting, and decision support across the organization.

Architect and implement scalable Azure Lakehouse solutions (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric). Lead cloud data migrations, build ETL/ELT and streaming pipelines, enforce data governance and security, advise clients, run workshops, and mentor teams while managing multiple engagements.
