Partners with Account Management, Sales, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex cases, maintain service levels, and improve operational effectiveness across absence and disability claims.

Manage Fieldguide’s distributed generalist product support team. Own support metrics, ticket quality, QA, escalations, follow-the-sun handoffs, staffing, hiring, onboarding, and career development. Build 24-hour weekday coverage across the US, London, and Seoul, coach specialists, improve processes and runbooks, and bring customer insights into product and engineering decisions. The role remains hands-on with tickets and escalations.

Develop scalable Tableau dashboards and data visualizations for Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. Build and optimize SQL and Snowflake datasets, ensure data quality, translate business needs into analytics solutions, and manage dashboard development from requirements through deployment and training. Collaborate cross-functionally, resolve data issues, support stakeholders, establish analytics standards, and improve adoption through user-centered design and feedback.

Leads customer service operations and external vendor partnerships, including performance management, SLA and KPI tracking, forecasting, risk remediation, escalations, reporting, automation, and process improvement. Develops team members, builds operational business cases, partners with Product and Engineering, and drives scalable workflows and self-service capabilities. Requires customer service or insurance operations expertise, BPO vendor management, strong metric analysis, and P&C insurance experience.

Underwrite complex home equity line of credit applications by analyzing borrower documentation, creditworthiness, tax returns, K-1s, verifiable income, and repayment ability. Apply consumer lending policies, regulatory guidelines, and secondary market requirements to make sound credit decisions, mitigate risk, document methodologies, and identify counteroffer opportunities while meeting quality and productivity standards.
