Lead West Coast new business efforts: identify and acquire clients, build relationships, develop proposals and RFP responses, collaborate with district leaders, drive upsell/cross-sell, and support client retention and revenue growth.

Contribute to RFPs, develop demo environments and sales assets, gather and relay customer feedback, collaborate with Product and Customer Success, and improve sales tactics by reviewing Gong recordings.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting including month‑end/year‑end close, bank reconciliations, payroll and contractor payments, A/P and A/R oversight, financial analysis of key metrics, and development of accounting policies, internal controls, and scalable processes. Support ad hoc cross-functional projects.

Maintain and extend long-term supported forks of major JavaScript frameworks. Develop and secure code in JavaScript/TypeScript, backport fixes, triage and patch CVEs, build CI/CD and automation, collaborate with security and OSS contributors, and drive platform reliability and architecture decisions.

Own and evolve Roo's frontend platform and design system, building tooling, developer workflows, AI-assisted integrations, and migration paths to modern libraries (web and mobile). Partner with Product and Design, improve developer experience, and remove friction so teams can ship high-quality, consistent features rapidly.

Lead global mobile supply acquisition and demand partnerships by closing enterprise publisher integrations, securing mediation and DSP demand, guiding technical integrations (SDK, OpenRTB, S2S), owning pipeline and revenue targets, and coordinating with product and ops to optimize yield and integration health.

Lead government‑contract financial claims and disputes work for non‑government clients, providing expert reports, litigation support, cost/price analysis, investigations (including False Claims Act matters), rebuttals to government auditors, and business development to grow the Government Contracts service line.
