Lead and manage the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM programs to ensure a single source of truth for assets and services. Oversee CMDB design, data quality, CSDM alignment, Discovery and Service Mapping, ITOM roadmap, reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), administer user accounts and groups, support Intune device management, automate processes with PowerShell/Flow/APIs, perform deployments/configurations, conduct product and integration testing, and identify and mitigate O365 security risks while collaborating across IT teams.

Provide hands-on system administration and functional support for Air Force DMLSS and LogiCole environments. Monitor system and server status, support end-of-day/month/fiscal-year processes, handle confidential information, multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment. Remote/hybrid work; SECRET clearance eligibility required.

Support onboarding/offboarding, manage access and IT asset inventory, provide first-level support for internal SaaS and ticketing systems, monitor dashboards/logs, troubleshoot and escalate incidents, maintain documentation and runbooks, and assist AI/ML and engineering teams with tool access.
