Leads the strategy, growth, operations, and profitability of Trace3’s Managed Services business, including Data Center Services and the NOC. Responsibilities include scaling the practice, launching service offerings, driving revenue and margins, managing executive customer relationships, owning financial planning and reporting, and leading distributed teams. The role also partners with Sales, improves service delivery processes, establishes performance metrics, and aligns managed services strategy with company objectives.

Leads Salesforce development and administration, managing a technical team and owning platform architecture, roadmap, security, integrations, DevOps, releases, and operational health. Partners with cross-functional GTM stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, oversees adjacent RevOps tools, manages AI-driven Salesforce capabilities, and serves as the senior technical escalation point.

Serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT operations, security, and endpoint engineering. Gathers and translates business needs into technical requirements, user stories, process flows, and documentation. Supports endpoint management, device lifecycle services, software deployment, virtual desktops, compliance, printing services, and vendor coordination. Defines operational metrics, evaluates solutions, identifies automation and AI opportunities, and improves service delivery and associate experience.

Manages complex customer and partner support escalations for strategic accounts, serving as the primary crisis and incident contact. Coordinates engineering, support, leadership, legal, and external stakeholders to resolve high-impact issues, communicate status, and restore customer confidence. Leads incident response, recovery plans, post-incident reviews, root-cause remediation, and process improvements. Builds executive relationships, mentors team members, identifies systemic risks, and uses AI-driven tools and customer insights to improve support operations.

Own Replicant’s revenue operations engine, including forecasting, pipeline management, incentive plans, pricing and packaging, quota and capacity planning, GTM systems architecture, and AI-assisted reporting. Partner with Sales and Finance leadership, consolidate data across CRM and GTM tools, improve decision-making, and grow the RevOps team from one analyst into a scalable function.

Supports leadership and planned giving operations, including planned gift marketing, estate management, donor stewardship, CRM tracking and reporting, revenue forecasting, budget management, gift distributions, and chapter communications. Coordinates with finance, donor care, stewardship, prospect research, leadership gift officers, vendors, and external stakeholders. Administers board financial tracking, pledge reminders, campaign support, and gift program improvements while maintaining accurate, confidential records.

Provides flexible cross-functional support across 401(k) plan onboarding, conversions, and client servicing. Manages cases through milestones and SLAs, coordinates with sponsors and external partners, supports plan setup and asset transfers, maintains Salesforce documentation, handles client communications and escalations, and ensures compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements. The role is fully remote and requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, and adaptability in a high-volume environment.

Own and build Replicant’s revenue operations function, including forecasting, pipeline management, compensation, pricing, quota setting, capacity planning, GTM systems, and AI-assisted reporting. Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and Finance leadership, consolidate fragmented revenue data, improve operating decisions, and grow the RevOps team from one analyst. The role requires experience building RevOps at growth-stage SaaS companies and leading cross-functional revenue strategy.

Handles order entry and order management, including EDI transactions, data entry, reconciliation reporting, database maintenance, and monitoring electronic documents. Reviews information for accuracy, resolves missing data and technical issues, coordinates inquiries, and supports distribution center and logistics teams. Requires attention to detail, effective communication, organizational skills, and flexibility for overtime or weekend work.

Serve as primary contact for royalty/interest owners: respond to inquiries, research and resolve ownership issues, maintain ownership records, coordinate stakeholder communications, and produce audit-ready letters and reports on project timelines.
