Hire and manage a lean program team, coordinate cross-functional interventions, drive platform roadmap and AI-driven signals, and ensure insights translate into reduced churn and measurable business outcomes.

Manage onboarding, account management, and customer support for employer partners. Own client relationships, gather user feedback, build and iterate operational processes, and drive data-informed improvements to scale the business.
