As Manager, Training and Enablement (Medical Economics expert), you will leverage your extensive, operational, experience in medical economics to tangibly shape some of our newest customer programs. Your expertise in value-based care, medical economics, including risk adjustment, cost management, network optimization, contract forecasting, will directly impact the effectiveness of our training programs, and customer adoption strategies.
- Establish a clear understanding of current Arcadia training programs
- Initiate collaboration with product and customer teams, leveraging your expertise to inform
immediate enablement initiatives - Engage with customer management teams as part of customer engagements efforts
- Implement targeted training sessions addressing specific medical economic topics relevant to
our customers - Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders, embedding a credible customer
viewpoint into ongoing projects
- Maintain a structured and evolving curriculum that addresses emerging customer needs and
platform developments - Demonstrate measurable impact through customer adoption, engagement, and enhanced
internal cross-team knowledge of customer workflows
What You'll Be Doing
- Contribute directly to the development and delivery of training programs that leverage your medical economics expertise, providing customers actionable strategies for risk adjustment, cost management, network optimization, contract forecasting
- Actively participate in and contribute to certification programs, bringing your operational experience to Arcadia’s internal and customer-facing training initiatives
- Serve as an expert resource with extensive knowledge of medical economics related workflows critical to operational success in the context of value-based care
- Partner with Arcadia’s product, development, and data analytics teams to provide credible customer perspectives for enhancing product features and functionalities
- Identify gaps in training and enablement resources, drawing on your customer experience to design impactful programs tailored to medical economics professionals
- Collaborate closely with engineering, support, and professional services teams, influencing the development of training and enablement content based on customer needs

- Extensive hands-on experience with systems enabling value-based care operations
