Lead and manage the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM programs to ensure a single source of truth for assets and services. Oversee CMDB design, data quality, CSDM alignment, Discovery and Service Mapping, ITOM roadmap, reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include configuring objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and security settings; maintaining automations and data flows; managing imports, exports, and cleanup; troubleshooting issues; auditing data; gathering stakeholder requirements; and providing support, documentation, and training.

Provide L2/L3 incident-driven support for Unily's SaaS platform: triage, diagnose using logs/traces/metrics, reproduce issues, maintain ServiceNow records, coordinate with Product and Engineering, implement mitigations, contribute to RCAs and runbooks, and participate in shift/on-call rotations to ensure continuous coverage.

Support SOC 2 or similar compliance activities, security reviews, and incident response while partnering with infrastructure and people operations. This is a fully remote, US-based role supporting a global engineering team.

Supports retail mortgage operations and sales systems through basic configuration, user administration, ticket resolution, troubleshooting, defect testing, outage communications, quality checks, user acceptance testing, and post-production validation.
