Build and own automated GTM infrastructure that converts account lists and signals into multi-channel outbound campaigns, rep alerts, and CRM hygiene. Create enrichment workflows, signal-based selling, nudge sequences for stalled deals, upsell/churn detection, and integrate AI tooling to improve pipeline, win rates, data quality, and expansion.

Provide consultative financial counseling to learners on federal student aid, FAFSA, military and employer benefits, payment plans, and billing. Engage via high-volume inbound/outbound calls, chat, email, and SMS; document interactions in CRM; collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Success Coaches to resolve balances and support enrollment and retention.

Lead global operations for assigned creative types and industries, drive strategic process and system improvements, perform advanced troubleshooting and quality audits, manage cross-functional projects and change rollout, maintain master product catalog knowledge, analyze data to inform decisions, and present business cases to leadership to improve efficiency and quality.

Audit and prepare mortgage disclosures and Loan Estimates for compliance with TRID/RESPA and other regulations, manage e-sign/paper delivery, track disclosures, monitor Change of Circumstance requests, report pipeline status, and support originators and operations to ensure timely, accurate loan disclosures.
