Own and automate IT workflows and SaaS integrations (identity, collaboration, core business apps). Configure SSO and identity protocols, maintain DNS and email security, troubleshoot endpoints and apps, support SOC 2/SOX compliance, document standards, and partner cross-functionally to scale reliable, secure IT systems.

Support Strategic Accounts by developing and maintaining Health System/IDN/GPO bids, renewals, and proposals. Configure and validate client benefit setups, manage eligibility files and integrations, ensure claims processing readiness, support go-lives and rollovers, collaborate with onboarding, product, and engineering, and maintain configuration documentation and process improvements.

Investigate and resolve complex commercial liability claims (typically >$250K). Determine coverage, set loss estimates, direct investigations, negotiate settlements, control costs, recommend litigation, and serve as expert witness. Mentor staff, perform peer reviews, support catastrophe response, and develop client relationships for business development.

Analyze user requirements and implement systems for moderately complex healthcare processes. Manage small-to-moderate projects, coordinate project teams, provide training and guidance, and maintain schedule and professional support across a multi-facility organization.

Lead data management for client migrations by validating and documenting client information, coordinating setup with stakeholders, maintaining audit-ready records, communicating conversion changes to clients, supporting special projects, improving processes, monitoring performance, and escalating risks to resolution.
