Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing and mapping processes, generating solutions, coordinating cross-functional implementation, measuring ROI and metrics, performing business and data analysis, and applying project and change management to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

Process member enrollments, changes, reinstatements, terminations, renewals, and premium billing. Respond to calls and emails, generate membership documents, support employer groups/vendors/brokers and internal teams, and maintain quality, confidentiality, and divisional production standards.
