Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Front Office Support Analyst to support our Equity and Fixed Income trading businesses. This role is responsible for providing production support for front-office trading platforms, regulatory reporting systems, and related market connectivity infrastructure. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced trading environment and possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day production support for Equity and Fixed Income trading systems.
• Support front-office users, including traders, sales teams, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor trading and regulatory reporting platforms to ensure operational stability.
• Partner with technology, operations, compliance, and business teams to support critical initiatives and projects.
• Analyze system issues and implement sustainable solutions and process improvements.
• Perform scripting and automation tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in system upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.
• Assist with regulatory reporting support and controls.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting front-office trading environments.
• Knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income trading workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Shell (sh, ksh, bash) and/or batch scripting.
• Programming experience in one or more of the following: Python, Java, C#, or C++.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Equity regulatory reporting including CAT, TRF/ORF, and Rule 606.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income regulatory reporting, including TRACE.
• Experience with FIX Protocol (4.2 - 5.0) and routing platforms.
• Experience supporting Bloomberg TOMS, Ullink Bridge, FlexTrade, or similar OMS platforms.
• Experience with Oracle, Sybase, MongoDB, or other relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and modern web technologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros.
• Understanding of Equity and Fixed Income securities and trade lifecycle.

The typical base pay range for this role is as follows:

• New York / New Jersey: $84k - $141k
• Non-/New York/ New jersey: $N/A - $N/A
