Serves as evening Help Desk lead, triaging and resolving user issues remotely, directing a Junior Systems Administrator, and improving update/change-control processes.

Provide legal consultation and settlement authority support for complex property & casualty claims, manage and coordinate outside counsel, handle some policyholder suits, attend mediations, train claims staff on jurisdictional and regulatory issues, track and report claims to Claims Legal, and ensure consistency in claims positions and reinsurance reporting.
