Provide combined contact-center and social media support for pet brand customers. Serve as the primary customer contact, manage timelines and risks, conduct walkthroughs, resolve technical issues, document progress in CRM tools, and share feedback to improve onboarding processes.

Own long-term relationships with enterprise legal and marketing teams from go-live through renewal. Drive product adoption, expansion, account health, executive business reviews, measurable customer value, and renewal support. Configure the platform, analyze usage, manage customer cadence, translate feedback into product input, and build Blee’s customer success playbook. The role requires enterprise SaaS experience, technical fluency, executive communication, and 10–20% customer travel.

Leads and scales the account management function for enterprise health plan customers. Manages Account Managers, owns team revenue and retention targets, develops account processes and playbooks, and oversees strategic accounts. Builds executive relationships, leads QBRs, manages escalations, identifies expansion opportunities, and partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to improve customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth.

Provides customer service and support to healthcare provider accounts through calls, email, and chat. Resolves issues, promotes platform features, identifies upsell opportunities, maintains accurate interaction records, and helps providers maximize Zocdoc’s marketplace services.

Own and grow employer and workplace partnerships through onboarding, activation, optimization, renewal, and expansion. Build success plans, engagement campaigns, business reviews, and data-driven recommendations while managing escalations, renewals, compliance, and cross-functional execution. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Benefits, Payroll, and executive stakeholders, using Salesforce and reporting tools to track performance, risks, opportunities, and next steps. Travel approximately 10–15% as needed.
