Lead cross-channel customer experience analysis by combining quantitative and qualitative signals (NPS/CSAT/CES, contact center, digital analytics, transactional and complaint data). Drive inside sales efficiency by building onboarding and playbooks, managing Salesloft cadences, producing reporting and analytics, coordinating cross-functional campaigns, and handling administrative sales operations to enable Account Executives and improve performance.

Manage a portfolio of fast-growing clients to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy. Produce client deliverables and operate with minimal supervision to influence strategic decisions.
