The Sr. Underwriting Ops Associate ensures operational integrity in underwriting processes by validating data, approving quotes, monitoring performance, and partnering across teams to resolve issues.

Own and develop backend services powering 270/271 benefit estimates, claims adjudication integrations, and claims processing pipelines. Build performant APIs and queries, manage data in PostgreSQL/Redis/BigQuery, improve reliability and throughput, write integration documentation, participate in code reviews and incident response, and join the on-call rotation.

Lead end-to-end brand, digital, and motion design across website, product marketing, campaigns, events, and video. Translate brand and product strategy into visual work, partner with product and engineering for visual consistency, present work to stakeholders, and track/apply relevant design and motion trends.

Write and edit marketing copy across email/SMS, landing pages, paid ads, and social; collaborate on campaigns, ensure brand voice and compliance, iterate from performance data, and support occasional patient/internal communications.

Lead full sales cycle for enterprise HME and hospital-owned accounts, develop territory strategy and pipeline, navigate multi-stakeholder procurement and RFPs, build executive-level business cases, negotiate contracts, and partner cross-functionally for post-sale handoffs and new market expansion.

Translate business requirements into implementation artifacts, document current and future-state workflows, and support end-to-end delivery of use cases. Assist with implementation plans, stakeholder communications, training, change management, go-live stabilization, KPI/SLA tracking, and post-implementation reviews. Maintain trackers, issue logs, and support continuous improvement. Role may require extensive travel to client sites.

Provide first-line end-user technical support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools in a hybrid environment. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps, manage user provisioning and licenses in Entra and Defender, support onboarding/offboarding, maintain IT documentation, assist with onsite workstation and conference room setups, coordinate with vendors, monitor support queues, and deliver user training for productivity tools.
