Perform outside sales to TPAs and brokers, negotiate fees, develop marketing materials, monitor competitors and pricing, gather utilization data for pricing, maintain producer databases, liaise with Claims during approvals, and attend trade shows. Frequent client relationship building and travel required.

Sell medical stop-loss insurance to TPAs and brokers within an assigned region. Generate new business, manage and grow existing accounts, negotiate fees, monitor market trends and pricing, coordinate with claims and TPAs, produce marketing materials, maintain producer databases, attend trade shows, and travel up to 50%.

Investigate and audit individual insurance claims to determine liability, process claims per policy, set and adjust reserves, authorize payments, and communicate with TPAs/clients. Escalate large-dollar or trigger-diagnosis cases to case management.

Provide timely, accurate client-facing legal support for a global client: respond to complex inquiries via phone/email, escalate and resolve nonstandard issues, create and update scripts/procedures, monitor case health, implement PM feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and deadlines are met.

Provide legal advice on complex transactions and governance for Australia/New Zealand (and other APAC) business units; draft and review contracts and organizational documents; manage outside counsel; advise on governance and regulatory matters; supervise or mentor junior legal staff; support cross-cultural teams and occasional travel.

Hunt and close new logo SaaS deals end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, technical evaluation, and contract negotiation. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive revenue, maintain pipeline hygiene, and refine messaging based on market feedback.

Manage mid-market/enterprise customer accounts to drive product adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and upsell. Act as product expert, deliver training and business reviews, monitor usage, document account activity in CRM, forecast renewals, and attend industry events to meet net revenue retention targets.

Lead an AI-first product area end-to-end: define roadmap, engage customers, translate needs into initiatives, measure KPIs, prototype with AI, align cross-functional teams, mentor product staff, and drive adoption, retention, and revenue in a SaaS environment.

Provide litigation technology support for e-discovery and case teams: create and maintain databases, process and load electronic discovery, troubleshoot software and data issues, verify data integrity, prepare data for review, perform iPhone collections, assist Case Managers with project planning and quality control, participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel.
