Provide advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for programs. Monitor costs, prepare EACs and variance analyses, support proposals/pricing, ensure compliance with accounting and contract requirements, coordinate billing/revenue recognition, mentor junior staff, and support audits and financial reviews.

Manage the IR&D program financial lifecycle: selection, forecasting, earned value reporting, cost analysis, EACs, and program risk/opportunity assessments; produce monthly/quarterly forecasts and present performance to leadership while collaborating cross-functionally.

Manage a book of enterprise customers post-sale to drive onboarding, retention, and upsells. Use data storytelling and product expertise to optimize performance, coordinate implementations with AdOps, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Sales and Product Strategy to meet customer recruiting goals.

Create and maintain ArcGIS Maps SDK documentation, including SDK guides, tutorials, API references, and blog content. Test features for accurate documentation, triage customer-reported doc issues, and engage the developer community at conferences and online.

Manage integration project tracking and executive reporting for multiple acquisitions. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, maintain trackers and action registers, investigate and resolve blockers, and support marketing operations (CRM/marketing automation, campaign tracking, sales enablement, websites) and reporting. Provide exposure to senior leadership and grow into broader Marketing & Strategy responsibilities.

Lead AI strategy and delivery: define technical direction, prototype and ship production AI features, build shared AI platform components (evaluation, retrieval, safety, observability), mentor senior engineers, and drive measurable business outcomes for early education customers.
