Designs and owns cloud-to-on-premises migration strategies for satellite ground segment infrastructure. Responsibilities include defining architecture, identifying AWS replacements, specifying hardware and facilities, supporting customer proposals and deployments, creating migration tooling and documentation, and delivering operational training. The role serves as the technical authority throughout customer deployments, coordinating with IT, engineering, mission operations, sales, and project management while regularly traveling internationally to customer sites.

Lead use-case identification, gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots, facilitate stakeholder workshops, translate mission needs into capability requirements, define pilot success metrics, manage requirements traceability, support governance and leadership alignment, and drive lessons-learned and continuous improvement for cybersecurity incident response initiatives.

Design and build scalable production-grade software systems, including APIs, platforms, integrations, and services. Translate business needs into technical solutions, prototype and iterate rapidly, make architecture decisions, write tested code, review designs, mentor teammates, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Consultants own delivery, adapt to ambiguity, collaborate cross-functionally, and use modern development and AI-assisted tools to deliver client value.

Manage client relationships and communications for a portfolio of landscape accounts; present horticultural and property improvement recommendations; schedule site visits; resolve customer issues; drive enhancement sales, revenue, profitability, and contract renewals; meet performance and renewal targets while working independently and leading results.

Supports Navy training and manpower requirements through training system analysis, curriculum and courseware development, performance assessments, job task analysis, workshops, facilitation, technical writing, and training needs assessments. Researches educational technologies, develops instructional and testing materials, supports course writers and clients, maintains professional development resources, and addresses system functionality issues. The position is based at NAS Pensacola and requires an active Secret clearance with up to 10% travel.

Identify, assess, track, and remediate enterprise vulnerabilities using ACAS, Tanium, and related tools. Coordinate patching with system administrators, automate remediation and configuration tasks with PowerShell, and manage secure Windows and Active Directory baselines. Track closures in ServiceNow, prepare compliance and risk reports, and support RMF, STIG, endpoint management, and patch deployment activities. Communicate findings and remediation guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
