Lead complex accounting activities including monthly/annual financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, audit support, financial analysis, and process improvements. Provide technical GAAP guidance, mentor junior accountants, and support management with compliant, timely financial information and strategic accounting initiatives.

Analyze proprietary primary-research datasets to produce company and market analyses, charts, scorecards, and written takeaways. Develop forward-looking sector insights, contribute thought leadership, support client conversations, and partner with product and engineering to refine research methodology. Rotate across sectors, learn quickly, and grow into dedicated coverage.

Operate as the process and operational lead for enterprise talent programs—performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, and high-potential identification. Drive governance, stakeholder enablement, analytics, dashboards, and continuous improvement. Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and HR tech to deliver reporting, training, communications, and change management to strengthen leadership capability and organizational readiness.

Manage top-of-funnel outreach and prospecting to fuel Commercial Leads' pipelines. Work inbound and outbound, coordinate with marketing and sales, represent LiveRamp at industry events, qualify prospects, and progress leads toward Account Executive handoff with a clear path to quota-carrying roles.
